2023年1月20日上午， 深圳外国语学校（集团）湾区学校的家长、同学和教职工齐聚学校大剧院，共同庆祝2022-2023学年第一学期的期末颁奖典礼。
在新春的祝福和喜乐的气氛中，我们展望了新年的新挑战、新目标和新篇章，回顾了湾区学校社区在过去一个学期的进步与收获，告别了本学期忙碌而充实的校园生活。
On January 20, 2023, Shenzhen Foreign Languages GBA Academy held the End of Semester Ceremony at the Grand Theater. We ended our busy campus life this semester and ushered in a happy and peaceful Chinese New Year.

Memories
在庄严肃穆的国歌声中，学期末颁奖典礼拉开帷幕。
由中学部九年级同学带来的开幕演出——世界杯主题曲集体打击乐，把我们的记忆带回了激动人心的11月，回味湾区社群共同参与的体育节运动月。
3.2班张云帆同学带来的中国风歌曲《万疆》独唱、2.3班黄宛芾和9.2班王一涵同学的古筝合奏《洞庭新歌》，以及学校教职工表演的舞蹈《国色墨舞 · 盛韵八方》，则让我们在中华文化月的余韵中回味。
更多更多属于SGA的回忆，都浓缩在了学期回顾视频当中。融合课程开题会、SGA精神月、社区运动月、中华文化月、关爱周、学习成果展、专家进校园......回望这些精彩瞬间，我们看到的是SGA社区的每一分子，在本学期展现出的团结和关爱、付出的努力与汗水、收获的感动与成长。
After the solemn and majestic national anthem, the ceremony started. The Chinese solo song performed by Freddy Zhang from G3.2 was clean and touching. The marimba performances from G9 took us back to November, our Sports Month. The teachers' dancing performance was elegant, touching, and full of Chinese elements. The review video of the school semester was played at the ceremony, the video summarized the big breakthroughs and all those moments showing our solidarity in this semester.
过去一学期，湾区学校在市教育局的领导下，紧跟深外（集团）全面推动“课堂革命”的年度目标，落实立德树人根本任务，抓住粤港澳大湾区建设和中国特色社会主义先行示范区建设的历史性发展机遇，秉承“爱国·求知”校训，积极探索多元融合学校发展，推进融合课程体系建设，在培养具有中国情怀及国际视野的创新型人才之路上稳步前行。
国家级融合课程建设课题开题报告会在我校顺利启动，以高水准的学术科研，推动融合课程探索进入新阶段；
中华文化月、体育节运动月、SGA精神月、中秋节，各色校园活动结合中西方特色，精彩纷呈；
学习成果展、DP课程说明会、三方会谈、家长沙龙、教师赋能培训......我们专注教育教学，以学生为本，家校携手共建；
航空航天馆、击剑馆、高尔夫球室、壁球室、生态种植园、小学游乐设施......各类场馆设施已正式投入使用，助力湾区学子全面发展。
In this semester, under the guidance of the Shenzhen Municipal government and managed by Shenzhen Foreign Languages School (SFLS), SGA has implemented the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people, seized the historic development opportunities of the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the construction of the pioneering demonstration zone.
In accordance with SFLS’s school motto of “Love Our Country and Seek Knowledge”, SGA has actively explored the development path of a integrated school, seeking truth, doing practical work, and daring to try. We have successfully completed this semester’s various educational and teaching tasks, including the opening of Integrated Curriculum Study Program, staff training, learning celebration, parent workshop, Chinese Culture Month, Sports and Wellness Month, SGA Spirit Month, and many sports and technology facilities are in use now.

一分耕耘，一分收获，同学们这一学期的突出表现，也在散学典礼上收获了鼓励和回报。
小学部校长Mr. Elmer Reyes和中学部校长Dr. Joseph Strzempka分别宣布了今年小学学习者目标奖、中学学术奖、中学学习方法奖的获奖名单。执行校长刘佳、学术校长Mr. Tom Kline、总务主任杨伟君，以及中学部副校长Mr. Stuart Simpson为获得学术奖的同学们颁发了证书及奖状。
希望所有同学都能以荣誉自勉，自信自强。获奖者戒骄戒躁，目标当更高更远，其他同学也要勉励自己，设下追求进步的目标。硕果丰收正当时，凝心聚力再出发！

During awards presentation, our Head of Primary, Mr. Elmer Reyes announced the PYP Learner Profile Awards. Our Head of Secondary, Dr. Joseph Strzempka announced MYP Academic Awards, and MYP Approaches to Learning Awards. Our School Director Ms. Luka Liu, Head of School Tom Kline, Deputy School Director of Operation Viking Yang and Deputy Head of Secondary Stuart Simpson congratulated to these award-winning students and presented them with certificates. May you stay hungry and stay foolish. May the honors inspire everyone to make persistent efforts and set sail to a better semester!
