深圳外国语学校（集团）开风气之先，创建了粤港澳大湾区第一所“不同于国际学校、双语学校、公办学校”的多元融合学校——深圳外国语学校（集团）湾区学校。
深外湾区学校是由深圳市政府投资兴建、深圳市教育局领导、深圳外国语学校管理的一所多元融合特许学校。学校创办于2017年，校园占地面积5.1万平方米，环境优美。深外湾区学校为十二年一贯制，覆盖小学、初中、高中学段，实行小班教学。
粤港澳大湾区第一所
先行示范多元融合学校
作为粤港澳大湾区第一所先行示范多元融合学校，深外湾区学校由市委市政府特许批准开设，肩负着在教育管理、教学模式、课程融合上探索创新的使命，是教育部批准的深圳先行示范项目之一。
学校已于2023年8月获得国际文凭组织（IBO）DP大学预科项目授权，成为IB全学段授权学校（小学项目PYP、中学项目MYP、大学预科项目DP），并已获得国际学校协会CIS成员认证，未来将继续致力于打造竞争力、创新力、影响力卓著的全球标杆、中国特色的国际化学校。

学校位于龙岗区坂田街道，占地面积5.1万平方米，毗邻华为等深圳大型科创企业。校园三面环湖，景色优美，教育教学环境祥和宁谧，有剧场、小学楼、图书馆、中学楼、学生公寓、体育馆、教师公寓等14栋单体建筑，教室与功能室之比达到1：1.5以上。深外湾区学校学生及教师来自内地、港澳台以及海外，组成了多元的学校社群。
我校响应国家五育并举的教育改革要求，在融合课程教育中全面培养学生的德、智、体、美、劳综合素养。湾区学子在各类学科、文体大赛中崭露头角：“世界学者杯比赛”斩获4奖杯39金46银、10支参赛队伍均晋级全球赛，“袋鼠数学思维挑战赛”39枚奖牌、1人获全球成就奖，“驯鹿数学思维竞赛”33枚奖牌、3位同学位列全球前20；校艺术体操队在“2023年广东省大中小学生艺术体操锦标赛”荣获全省第一及第二，在“2023年广东省大众艺术体操联赛（顺德站）”获两项省级大奖，在“广东省青少年艺术体操锦标赛”获两项全省特等奖；校管乐团在“广东省第五届校际管乐节”喜获银奖，在“深圳市第二十五届校际管乐节”获二等奖。
