人工智能技术的飞速发展正深刻改变我们生活的方方面面，也对教育人才培养提出了新要求。深外湾区学校积极探索人工智能技术与教学融合，已多次举办工作坊，帮助教职工和同学们适应AI带来的各种改变。5月24日，我们也为中学部的家长们精心筹划了一场人工智能主题沙龙。家长们积极参与，畅所欲言，在与老师们共同探讨的过程中，更深入地了解了学校为应对人工智能大潮作出的努力。

As AI technology rapidly develops, it is crucial to provide necessary training for students and faculty, as well as keep parents informed about how AI is being used at SGA. Our EdTech Integrators Mel de Sole and Linda Li led an AI workshop for parents on May 24th. This workshop helped parents to gain a better understanding of the potential benefits AI can bring to their children's learning experience at SGA.

老师们在分享中还特别强调，在使用人工智能工具时，学生们必须遵守学术诚信原则，正确引用使用AI生成的文字、数据或图表等来源。

在对学生的学术表现进行评估时，老师们也将引入多样化的检测工具，并采用更全面的评估方法，对学生的学术诚信行为进行更严格的监管。

IB students are encouraged to have a comprehensive development and stay current with the latest technology trends. Our secondary school teachers have integrated AI into their lesson planning, aiming at providing students with a more diverse and personalized learning experience. In everyday learning, it is essential for students to think critically and learn to identify the reliability of information generated by AI.

We also highlighted the need for using AI tools in a proper manner. Students must cite all the sources generated by AI to ensure academic integrity.

在迎接人工智能的新机遇时，老师们也在尽最大努力，引导学生在使用人工智能工具的过程中保持独立思考和分析判断能力，并理解其局限性。人工智能工具在现阶段只是教育教学的辅助手段，学生自身的认知、教师的指导以及学习中人际互动的重要性仍然不可替代。

We acknowledge the potential benefits that AI can bring to our education. However, AI tools should only serve as a supplement to the learning process, and not replace the importance of students' critical thinking ability, teacher guidance, and social interaction in current learning environment.

SGA acknowledges the critical role of AI in driving educational reform in today's era. As such, we are committed to educate students the appropriate use of AI to enhance their problem-solving skills and innovative abilities.
