根据深圳市教育局与广东省新冠肺炎疫情防控指挥部《关于做好2021年春季学期开学学校疫情防控工作的通知》相关要求，切实做好我校学生开学前的疫情应对和防控工作，保障师生员工身体健康和生命安全，确保有序、安全开学，学校周密部署各项准备工作、压实各项工作责任，高度重视，确保春季开学平稳顺利。
According to the relevant requirements of Notice on Schools’ Epidemic Prevention and Control in the Spring Semester of 2021 issued by Shenzhen Education Bureau and Guangdong COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters, in order to effectively do well in epidemic response & prevention and control for the school’s students before opening, guarantee the health and life safety of teachers, students and staff, and ensure an orderly and safe opening, the school carefully deploys the preparation work and compacts the job responsibilities, attaches great importance to ensure a smooth opening.
周密部署安全工作，责任到人
2月17日上午，深圳外国语学校（集团）湾区学校执行校长刘佳、副校长杨德武、总务主任杨伟君带领行政干部及物业后勤部门召开春季开学安全工作会议。与会当天，行政干部认真学习《深圳外国语学校（集团）湾区学校2021年春季开学工作方案》，并结合工作实际，完善《学校公共卫生事件应急预案》和《学生健康管理制度》、《复课证明查验制度》、《学生每日晨午检制度》等九项重要制度，完善《晨午检流程》、《课间餐及午餐流程》、《学生放学流程》、《采购物品进校流程》等七项重要流程，做到全覆盖、无遗漏。与会人员明确分工，责任到人，分批分类开展春季开学校园排查整治工作。

On the day of the meeting, the administrative staff carefully studied the 2021 Spring Opening Work Program of SGA, and combined with the actual work, perfected the Emergency Plan for School’s Public Health and Student Health Management System, Class Resumption Inspection System, Students’ Daily Morning and Afternoon Check System and other nine important systems, perfected the Morning Check Procedure, Snack and Lunch Procedure, Dismissal Procedure, Inward Stock Procedure and other seven important procedure, achieving full coverage and no omission. The participants have clear responsibility, and carry out campus renovation of spring opening by batches and classifications.
加强卫生整治，落实物资保障
加强校园环境卫生整治，提升校园疫情防控能力。学校严格按照《中小学校新型冠状病毒肺炎防控指南》要求，对教室、图书室、体育馆、餐厅等重点场所，以及教学设备、供电设施、校园安保器材和视频监控系统等各类设施进行全面排查，主动发现问题，及时整治隐患，确保教学功能场所和教学设施安全。学校物业积极做好校园卫生整治和“四害”消杀，对重点区域进行清洁消毒及开窗通风。学校按有关规定配置各类疫情防控物资，落实防疫必需的消毒、晨检和防护用品（口罩、额温枪、防护服等）。设立独立的临时隔离观察室，在每个教室门口设置口罩回收专用垃圾桶，备足备齐各类防控物资。严防流行性疾病发生，切实防范、降低多重传染病流行叠加风险。
In strict accordance with the requirements of COVID-19 Prevention and Control Guide for Primary and Secondary Schools, the school conducts comprehensive checks on key places such as classrooms, libraries, gymnasiums and canteen, as well as various facilities such as teaching equipment, power supply facilities, campus security equipment and video surveillance system, initiatively finds the problem, and timely renovates the hidden danger, so as to ensure the safety of teaching function places and teaching facilities. The school property management actively does well in campus health renovation and "four hazards" elimination, and conducts cleaning and disinfection and ventilation for key areas. The school allocates all kinds of epidemic prevention and control materials in accordance with relevant regulations, and implements disinfection, morning inspection and protective equipment (such as masks, forehead thermometers and protective clothing) necessary for epidemic prevention. Set up independent temporary isolation observation rooms, set up a special garbage can for mask recycling at the door of each classroom, and prepare all kinds of prevention and control materials. Strictly prevent the occurrence of epidemic diseases, and effectively prevent and reduce the superposition risk of multiple infectious diseases.
开展疫情防控演练，牢筑校园安全防线
学校高度重视疫情防控实战演练，制定详细方案，模拟设置不同场景并根据实际情况进行修订完善。2月18日上午8点半，我校启动了第一次学生返校疫情防控模拟演练，全校教职工及物业共同参与。本次演练共分为学生入校晨检演练、教室上课演练、课间餐分发演练、突发疫情应急演练等环节。学校在校门口及教学区设置了测温点和临时隔离观察室，教室、餐厅、洗手间、电梯口配置消毒洗手液，洗手池各处张贴七步洗手法，食堂采用单人单桌间隔就餐，一旦出现应急情况，按照流程指引做到早发现、早报告、早隔离、早治疗，提升全校师生应急处置能力，确保春季开学学校疫情防控“万无一失”，确保师生生命安全和身体健康。
The school attaches great importance to the actual exercise of epidemic prevention and control, formulates detailed plans, simulates and sets different scenarios, and revises and improves them according to the actual situation. At 8:30am of February 18, the school launched the first simulation exercise for epidemic prevention and control of students returning to school, with the participation of all school staff and property management staff. This exercise is divided into morning check exercise for students’ into the school, class exercise in classrooms, snack during break distribution exercise, emergency exercise to epidemics and other links. The school has set up temperature measuring points and temporary isolation observation rooms at the school gate and teaching building, allocated hand sanitizer in classrooms, washrooms and at elevator exits, pasted the seven-step hand-washing method at hand washing sinks, and adopted single dining with separate tables in dining hall; will achieve early discovery, early reporting, early isolation and early treatment according to the process guidance in case of an emergency situation, promote the emergency disposal ability of the the whole school’s teachers and students, so as to ensure the school’s perfectly safe epidemic prevention and control in spring opening, and life safety and physical health of teachers and students.
